* Your account may be terminated, and all content and contacts within it lost

* You may be charged a clean-up fee as specified in your Service Agreement to cover any expenses we may incur in resolving the complaints

* You may not be eligible for a refund of your monthly fee(s)

* You may not be eligible to open a new account at a later date.
